A Quotation Analyst employment opportunity exists at our Specialty Graphite manufacturing site located in Clarksburg, WV. This position reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager and has accountability for all aspects of the quotation process, managing a 24-hour turnaround time and meeting established margin targets. Working knowledge of cost management techniques is a requirement. Knowledge of PC based spreadsheets, word processing software, and mainframe systems is also required.
A Business, Financial or Accounting BS degree and a minimum of two years professional experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. You must be a team player with proven abilities who is willing to work on multiple tasks, and able to establish relationships with internal customers. Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation to work in a manufacturing environment are musts. Some travel may be required.

Employee must be able to walk, traverse various levels, climb ladders and steps, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and work at heights. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Be able to talk and hear. Be able to differentiate between colors and color codes. Occasional travel to other GrafTech sites and supplier locations may be required.
