Pursuant to California’s “Shine the Light” law, if you live in California and have an established business relationship with us, once a year, you can request a list of the personal information we have shared with third parties for their marketing purposes, as well as a list of the third-parties that have received your personal information. To exercise your rights, you can email or write to us at the address below in the “Contact Information” section, and please label the subject of your letter as “California Shine the Light Inquiry.” However, please note that GrafTech does not, at any time, share your personal information with a third-party we know, or have reason to believe, uses the personal information to undertake independent direct marketing.
